Certifications from an independent, third-parties to certify and verify Green and energy efficency. This field contains but is not limited to: EarthCraft House, Energy Star Home, EPA Certifications, FGBC (Florida Green Building Coalation) Certifications, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Enviormental Design) Certifications, Florida Water Star and Florida-Friendly Yards.

Green Water Features

Green Water Features includes energy efficent appliances to conserve or collect water for living and other purposes. This field includes but is not limited to Cistern, Dual Flush Toilets, Grey Water System, High Efficency Fixtures, Irrigation and WaterHarvesting.

Green Landscaping

Green landscaping, beneficial landscaping, environmentally friendly landscaping or sustainable landscaping is a way of designing and maintaining beautiful yards, gardens, and larger landscapes while reducing harm to the environment. Options in this field include but are not limited to Florida Friendly Yard, Non Toxic Fertilizer and Vegetable Garden Roof.

Green Energy Features

The ENERGY STAR label was established to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other pollutants caused by the inefficient use of energy; and jake it easy for consumers to identify and purchase energy-efficient products that offer savings on energy bills without sacrificing performance, features, and comfort. This field allows Agents to enter Energy Star and other products that convey with the property and includes, but is not limited to: Energy Star Dishwasher, Energy Star Refrigerator, Energy Star Clothes Washer, Energy Star Windows and Gas Tankless Appliances.

Indoor Air Quality

Indoor air quality (IAQ) is a term which refers to the air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. IAQ can be affected by gases (including carbon monoxide, radon, volatile organic compounds), particulates, microbial contaminants (mould, bacteria) or any mass or energy stressor that can induce adverse health conditions. Source control, filtration and the use of ventilation to dilute contaminants are the primary methods for improving indoor air quality in most buildings. Pick list options in this field include but are not limited to:Bath Fans vented outside, Fresh Air Ventolation System, No VOCs (Volatile organic compounds) and Non toxic pest control.
